Cities may be made of concrete and asphalt, but our hearts are made of living matter, the same that is found on land, in the oceans, in rivers, and in fields. And life asks for life, it asks for natural energy: our body asks for it, and also our mind. Because we can put food in our mouths, but we prefer to eat. Eat mindfully. And this has to do with the sensations, with the well-being, the nutrition, the flavor, the textures, the elaboration, the balance.
